Banana nut muffin

Ingredients
1 cup Splenda1/2 cup shortening2 eggs3 bananas, mashed2 cups flour1/2 tsp salt1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Cream shortening & splenda until smooth. Add & stir eggs & bananas. Sift together all dry ingredients & mix into banana mixture. Spoon into foil or paper lined muffin pan. Bake for 25 minutes at 325 degrees.

Serving Size: Makes 15 regular-sized muffins.
