Ingredients
1 lb. Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean1/8 C Zucchini, grated1/8 C Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added4 medium Diced fresh Mushrooms2 cloves Garlic1/2 Small Onion1 Tb Yellow Mustard1 Tb Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce1/8 C Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal1Tb Italian Seasoning1 tsp Garlic powder1 tsp Pepper, black1 large egg white, fresh
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together oatmeal, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Mix that with all other ingredients in a bowl until blended. Spray loaf pan with fat free cooking spray. Put meat dough into pan and cook for about an hour.

    This was really good. I added some sausage so I had to double most of the other ingredients. I should have added more worsheshire sauce to bring out the meat flavor. All the vegetables were wonderful. Thanks for the recipe! - 8/17/11
