Easy Swiss Steak

Ingredients
3 lbs round steakDash saltDash pepperFlour1 Pkg Lipton onion soup mix, dry1 Large Bell pepper, sliced or chopped2 cups tomato sauce1 cup water2 Large onions, thinly sliced
Directions
Cut the round steak into serving size pieces. Salt and pepper to taste. Dredge in flour. Place into a 9 x 13 pan sprayed with Pam. Sprinlke the dry onion soup mix and green pepper over the meat. Mix the tomato sauce and water in a small bowl. Pour over the meat. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.
