1 1/2 c. Egg whites or Egg Beaters equivalent to 6 eggs1/2 C. Coconut oil, melted1/2 tsp. sea salt1 T.pure vanilla extract4 Nustevia packets, or sweetened to taste3/4 c. coconut flour (I use Nutiva brand from Amazon.com)1/2 tsp. baking soda2 tsp. baking powder
Blend all wet ingredients. Add everything else.
Grease a pie pan and pour in the batter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 1 pie plate, or 8 servings.
