Chebe Pizza Crust

Ingredients
1 Box Chebe Pizza Crust Mix (7.5 oz)2 Eggs2 Tablespoons oil1/4 cup water or milk (I calculated with low fat milk)1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (any cheese will do)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
Blend Chebe Pizza Crust Mix with 2 TBsp. oil, 1 cup shredded cheese, and 2 large eggs. Slowly blend in exactly 1/4 cup water or milk/mmilk substitute.
Knead dough with hands until it is smooth.
Place dough ball on an ungreased 14" round baking tray. Press dough with heel of hand, flipping the dough occasionally, until it covers the tray evenly. Dough must be thinly pressed.
Add the toppings of your choice.
Bake 15-18 minutes or until crust is slightly browned. Slice serve and enjoy.

Serving Size: Serving size is 1/8 of a 14 inch pizza.
