Beef Porcupines

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef1 onion chopped2 cups cooked white rice1 egg1 48oz can tomato juice1/2 cup brown sugar1/2 cup cider vinegar1/2 cup bread crumbs
Directions
Combine beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs and rice. Form into meatballs of desired size. in a bowl combine tomato juice, brown sugar and vinegar. Place raw meatballs in a baking dish and cover with tomato juice mixture. Cover and cook at 350 for 1 hour or until rice pokes out of the meatballs and meatballs are cooked through.
