Shrimp with whole wheat pasta and asparagus.

4oz raw shrimp1/2 cup fresh asparagus1 TB Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 oz dry whole wheat pasta1 clove garlic, chopped2 TB chopped onionMrs. Dash
Cook pasta according to package directions; set aside;
Cook Asparagus until tender crisp (I use the microwave) and cut up in bite size pieces.
Chop garlic and onion and saute in 1/2 tbl oil just until soft; add the rest of the olive oil and cleaned deviened raw shrimp and saute until shrimp is pink; add asparagus and toss to coat.
Season to taste but make sure you add in any sodium to your calculations when tracking. (I use Mrs. Dash)
Toss all with pasta and serve.
Makes 1 serving.
