Chicken, Bean and Veggie Salad

Ingredients
Canned Chicken - 8oz1 can Kidney Beans (or your beans of choice) 1 Roasted Red Pepper1 cup Baby Corn - cut in 1/2" pieces3/4 cup Fat Free Mozzarella200g Gardieniera (marinated vegetables)
Directions
Mix all ingredients into a large bowl with a cover. Add Salt and Pepper if desired.

Use about 1/3 cup of the Gardieniera brine or whatever other dressing you would like. Chill for about 25-30 min before serving.

It is good by itself or on a whole wheat wrap or pita.
