Lebanese Lentil Soup

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 3 cloves Olive Oil, 3 tbsp Lentils, 1 cup Barley, pearled, raw, 1 cup Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Oregano, ground, 1 tsp Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 12 cup Lemons, 2 , sliced into wedges
Directions
~over med heat, Saute onions and garlic in the olive oil until translucent.
~add lentils, barley, salt, pep, and oregano and saute for a few minutes or until oregano is fragrant.
~add broth and bring to a boil over high heat.
~reduce heat and simmer for at least 60 minutes or until barley is cooked.

~serve with a squeeze of lemon!
