Salmon Patties

Ingredients
2- 6 oz cans wild salmon, no salt added1/4 tsp each- garlic powered, onion powder, black pepper, dried parsley, old bay seasoning2 Tbsp reduced fat mayo1/2 Tbsp dijon mustard1 egg1/4 Cup panko bread crumbs1 1/2-2 Tbsp olive oil
Directions
Drain salmon. Add all ingredients except olive oil to a bowl. Mix well. Heat olive oil in skillet. Shape 5 patties using a 1/2 Cup measuring cup. Pan fry on med heat until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes on each side.
