Bulgar, Black Bean, and Quinoa Patties

Ingredients
3/4 cup cooked red quinoa1.5 cup cooked bulgar wheat1 can black beans, rinsed1 cup spinach3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro2 tbsp mayo2 tbsp Epicure Hummus spice (or Epicure Pueblo Bean Dip)*I often play around with the spices, adding Chili Powder, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic etc*
Directions
Cook Bulgar and Quinoa as per package directions. Combine and allow to cool prior to assembling patties.

Place half the beans in the food processor, add spinach, cilantro and spices. Blend until smooth.

In another bowl, mix cooled grains, egg white, along with the remaining black beans with blended bean mixture. Form patties, and pan fry
