16 oz of New York style hot Italian sausage bulk2-14.5 oz can of swansons beef broth 1- 14.5 oz can of S&W diced tomatoes w/basil, garlic, oregano w/juice 1-16 oz can bush's kidney beans ( rinsed )3 fresh medium zucchini sliced1 Tbsp dry Italian seasoning
In large skillet make sausage balls about size of a nickle, cook until done, drain on paper towel, set aside
In large soup pan add broth, tomatoes, kidney beans and sausage, add seasoning , cook zucchini to desire tenderness
heat & serve
