Banana protein smoothie

Medium banana (100g)Frozen (or fresh) blueberries 40g99.9% Fat free soy milk 250 mlFlaxseed meal 1 tbsProtein powder - chocolate 2 tbs
Directions
Chuck it all in the blender (put the powder and flaxseed on top of the milk or it may get stuck beneath the blades!)
Blend... drink!
