Stir fried tofu, baby bok choi and hoisin sauce

Tofu, firm, 1 package, cubedCabbage, chinese (pak-choi), raw, 500 grams*Hoisin Sauce, 3 tbspGarlic, 3 fat clovesGinger Root, 30 gramsBrown Sugar, 2 tsp packed*Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp*Seeds, sesame seeds, whole, roasted and toasted, 1 oz
- Marinate cubed tofu in hoisin sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger, and 2 tbsp soy sauce for 15-30 min.
- Preheat wok or frying pan, once hot add 1 tbsp oil and sear bok choi on med-high heat.
-Add a tiny splash of water and 2 tbsp soy sauce, put the lid on and steam 2 min.
- Once water is evaporated, push bok choi to the outer sides of the pan and add tofu with marinade. Simmer 1 minute, and toss everything together for 1-3 min.
