Bittersweet Chocolate Sorbet with Berries

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups Water1 cup Sugar1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa3oz Bittersweet Chocolate, chopped1 tsp Vanilla1 cup Raspberries
Directions
1. Bring the water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add the sugar and cocoa. Reduce the temperature and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir frequently.

2. Take the pan off the heat and add the chocolate and vanilla. Stir until the chocolate melts. Cover and chill.

3. Place the mixture in an ice cream freezer and follow the manufacturer's directions. Divide the scoops among serving bowls. Top with the raspberries.
