Kraft Minute Easy Sweet and Sour Chicken

1 Tbsp. oil1 lb. skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces.2 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables1 can (8 oz.) pinapple chunks in juice, undrained1/2 cup sweet 'n sour sauce1 cup water2 cups Minute Brown Rice, uncooked
1. Heat olil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 4 min or until cooked through.
2. Add vegetables, pineapple with juice and sweet 'n sour sauce; mix well. Stir in water. Bring to boil.
3. Stir in rice; cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 min. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. or until almost all of the liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
Makes 4 servings.
