Rice crispie treats

Ingredients
Ingredients:Kellogg's Rice Krispies Cereal, 5 cup*Kashi Go Lean Cereal, 1 CupSunflower Seeds, without salt, 1 oz Pumpkin Seeds, 2 oz Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 TbspCashew Nuts, 2 oz *heath bit's o brickle, 12 tbsp *Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread, 3 tbspmarshmellows, 5.95 cupVanilla Extract, 2 tbsp
Directions
Melt Earth Balance spread and marshmellows in quart pan over very low heat. Stir frequently. Meanwhile, assemble the other ingredients in a large bowl, mixing them. (I often substitute chocolate chips or crushed peppermint candy for the toffee). When the marshmello mixture is almost melted, add vanilla. Stir. Remove from stove and quickly pour over rice crispie mixture, mixing with a large spoon until all the ingredients are covered. Spray an oblong cake pan with pan spray. With wet hands, put the rice/marshmello mixture in the pan and press down firmly. Let the treat mixture cool thoroughly and cut into 32 squares.
