Ingredients:Kalona SuperNatural Cottage Cheese 4% milk fat, 2.0 cup (remove)365 organic garbanzo beans, 1.75 cup (remove)Avocados, California (Haas), 1.25 cup, pureed (remove)Olive Oil, .5 tbsp (remove)*Lemon Juice, .5 fl oz (remove)
Place entire Kalona Cottage cheese container (not drained) into food processor.
Place entire can of Garbanzo beans (drained) into food processor.
Peel and dice the avocado.
Add olive oil for creaminess.
Add lemon to keep avocado from browning and for taste.
Serving Size: makes 10 1/2-cup servings
