10 chicken thighs, boneless & skinlessButternut squash, 2 cup cubedChick Peas, 1 canRaisins, 1/2 cup1 tbsp cinnamon1 tbsp cumin
Combine all ingredients (except raisins) in a slow-cooker (crockpot). Cook on high for four hours (low setting 608 hours) Add raisins during last hour of cooking time. Recipe is done when squash is tender and chicken shreds easily with a fork.
