1 C egg substitute1 1/2 c unsweetened applesauce1 cup nonfat cottage cheese2 T dark molasses1 C soy flour (low fat if possible)1 C oatmeal, raw1/2 C oat bran2 t. baking powder1 T cinnamon2 t nutmeg2 t cloves1 C coarsely chopped walnuts, pecans or almonds1 C dark raisins5 T (1/3 C) dark chocolate chips (optional)1/2 t salt (optional)2 C shredded carrots (optional)

Bake in 9x13 pan, at 350 for about 35 min
