Asparagus with Tomatoes and Fresh Mozzarella

Ingredients:• 1 bunch of asparagus • 1 pint of grape or cherry tomatoes • 8oz fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar • 1 teaspoon olive oil • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

When your chicken is about 15 minutes from being done, place your asparagus on a baking sheet lined with foil, drizzle olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper
Place asparagus in the oven and cook for 10 minutes or until tender.
In a medium pan, place tomatoes, olive oil and balsamic vinegar and cook on medium heat until the tomatoes become soft.
