Ingredients
1cup skim milk1 egg1/2 cup flour1/2 cup whole wheat flour1Tablespoon baking powder1Tablespoon sugar1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Whisk milk and egg together, add the rest of the ingredients, stirring just to incorperate. (okay to have some lumps)
Pour out onto non stick electric skillet, flip when bubbles break the surface.
Makes 12 - 3in. pancakes
