1/2 cup cottage cheese1/2 cup plain greek yogurt1 cup skim milk1 T. sugar substitute (to taste)FlavoringsToppings
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Add additional flavorings or toppings. Put in blender and blend until smooth. Put in ice cream maker and freeze.
