Briana's High Protein Egg Scramble

Ingredients
4 eggs2 strips of turkey bacon (Oscar Meyer)1/4 of a large green bell pepper1/2 of a medium tomato1/4 c. feta cheese crumblesAdd salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Chop up the 2 strips of turkey bacon, green bell pepper, and tomato. Set aside. Whisk eggs, milk, and feta cheese in a small bowl. Spray medium sized pan with Pam. Add turkey bacon first and cook until desired doneness (i.e. crispy). Add bell pepper and tomato to pan and mix with bacon. Cook for one minute, frequently sautéing. Then add in egg mixture and scramble with bacon, pepper, and tomato. Add salt and pepper to taste.
