Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup

Ingredients
1 cup Splenda1/2 cup unsweetened powdered cocoa powder1 cup water1/4 teaspoon vanilla extractpinch saltpinch baking soda
Directions
Mix Splenda, cocoa powder and water until smooth
Bring to a boil
Cook 8 - 10 minutes

Add:
1/4 vanilla extract, salt and baking soda.

Stir well
Cool
Store in refrigerator
