Spicy braised collard greens

Ingredients
Collards, 4 cup, chopped (remove)Oscar Mayer turkey bacon, 3 serving (remove)Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)Swansons beef broth (low sodium), 0.5 cup (remove)Red pepper flakes to taste
Directions
In a heavy covered pan, prepare the turkey bacon according to the package directions. Meanwhile, prepare the collards by removing the inside rib and slicing into one inch thick ribbons. Remove the turkey bacon from the pan. Add the onions and red pepper flakes to taste and sautee until the onions are translucent. Add the collards and the beef broth and cover. Simmer very low for 30 minutes. Remove the lid for a few minutes until all remaining liquid evaporates.
