Cinnamon Tomato Gravy Steak with Green Beans

1 large Onions, chopped1 15oz can Hunt's Tomato Sauce, (calculations use no salt added)2 stalks Celery,chopped 1/2 cup diced Green Peppers (bell peppers)1 tablespoon Cinnamon, ground1.5 lbs Beef, round steak1 teasp italian seasoning1/2 teaspoon Basil, dried1/4 teasp Garlic powder,4 cups Green Beans (optional - I use Birdeye frozen whole green beans or Green Giant Kitchen Cut canned - the quality of green beans is important.)
Mix half the tomato sauce, celery, bell peppers, onions, cinnamon and italian seasoning. Put in crockpot. Cut meat into bite size pieces. Brown meat in a hot skillet just enough to sear to keep juices in. Put seared meat in crock pot; add rest of ingredients except beans. Cook for about 8 hours on low. Add grean beans and continue cooking until beans are heated through.
