1 head fresh cauliflower, rinsed,florets onlywater, as needed1 teaspoon fresh garlic or 1/2 teaspoon dried1 tablespoon cream cheese2 Tbsp heavy cream1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated1/8 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder1/8-1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, to taste1 tablespoon unsalted butter, to taste
Directions
boil cauliflower for 6 minutes, then use hand mixer to blend all ingredients
