Amazing Sun-Dried Tomato & Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients
Sun Dried tomatoes in oil & herbsArtichoke Hearts in waterGarlicRed Pepper FlakesChicken BreastsCooked ShrimpPine NutsFresh BasilSpaghetti SquashFeta CheeseParmesan Cheese
Directions
Cook spaghetti squash in microwave or oven until soft. Set aside/keep warm. Cook chicken in minimal olive or coconut oil with italian seasonings in electric wok or similar pan. Set aside. Saute garlic with sun-dried tomatoes in oil from tomatoes. Add artichoke hearts (cut up). Add red pepper flakes (to liking). Toss in cooked chicken and shrimp until thoroughly warm. Add Pine nuts, basic, and cheeses. Serve immediately.
