Ingredients
20 oz of round steak cut into 6 pieces1 can healthy choice cream of mushroom soup1 medium onion sliced or chopped3 tlbsp butter or oil1/4 cup flour
Directions
brown butter or oil in pan till hot, coat meat in flour and fry till brown on each side. add to slow cooker and pour soup and onions over meat. Cook on low 3-4 hrs
