Ingredients
1 lb. Steak1 lb. Chicken breast2 medium onions2 large peppers1/2 medium tomato1 tbsp. olive oil1 tbsp. garlic powder2 tbsp. lime juice1 tsp. black pepper1 tsp coriander2 tsp. ground cumin2 tsp. cilantro
Directions
Cut chicken and steak into strips and add it to a large pot along with the olive oil, lime juice and seasonings. Cook on medium while you chop the onions, tomato and peppers. Add them to the pot and cover. Let cook for 15 minutes.
