Ingredients
2 lbs ground turkey breast3 egg whites1 cup quick cooking oats1/2 tbsp ground cumin1/2 tbsp Thyme2 tsp ground yellow mustard seed2 tbsp Chipotle pepper seasoning1 tsp Salt2 tbsp Garlic powder1/2 Onions, finely chopped2 Celery stalks, finely chopped
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Spray muffin pans with EVOO spray. Roll mix into balls and place in muffin pan. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
