250 g unsalted butter 1 tbs Rice Syrup2/3 cup Hermesatas Stevia granulated4 cubes of lemon juice1 tsp natural vanilla essence2 tbs water 4 eggs 2 cups of SR Flour1 cup coconut flakes
Cream butter, rice syrup, vanilla essence and Stevia together, the lightly beat
eggs, water and lemon cubes together, and add to the creamed mixture fold in the S.R. flour and coconut flakes.
Turn into prepared cake tin, I brush my tin with olive oil and dust with bread crumbs.
