2 medium onions, chopped2 Tb. EVOO1 pkg Light Life Smart Ground (veggie protein2 packages chili seasoning1 15 oz. can red kidney beans (drained)1 15 oz. can black beans (drained)1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
Saute onions in olive oil until caramelized. Stir in remaining ingredients and allow to cook for at least 1 hour on very low heat. Or use crock pot. The long slow cook intensifies the flavor.
