Easy Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients
3 tbls Butter2 1/4c Bisquick1 c Milk1 c Water4 chicken breasts (cubed)1 pkg of mixed vegetables (at least 12 oz)1 c Celery1/2c Onion1 bullion cube
Directions
Melt butter.
Add 1/4 c Bisquick.
Mix until smooth.
Add Milk, Water, bullion cube. Stir til smooth.
Add rest of ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Turn down to simmer for 10 min.
Pour mixture into 9x13 pan.
Mix 2 c Bisquick with 1/2c water/milk
then pour over chicken/veggie mixture.
Put in over for 15 - 20 min or until top is golden brown.
Enjoy!
