Spinach Frittata

Ingredients
1/4 cup margarine3 eggs1 cup milk1 cup wheat flour1 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda2 bags montery cheese (1 pound)2 ten oz. boxes of frozen chopped spinach(squeezed and drained)
Directions
melto butter in 9x9 pan and set aside. Mix Eggs and milk in small bowl. In large bowl mix remaining ingrediants then add egg and milk mixture. Poor into butter pan and cook on 350* for 40-45 min. Edges should be crusty.
Good along side of any meal even breakfast!
