Radish Hashbrowns (HCG all phases)

1 Cup grated radishes (5-6 radishes)1/2 Cup sweet onions2 Tablespoons egg white1/4 Teaspoon thyme1 Tablespoon chicken brothSeason salt to tasteBlack pepper to taste*Canola oil spray
1. Grate radishes and onion with a cheese grater into a bowl.
2. Add egg white, thyme, black pepper, and a dash of season salt. Stir mixture.
3. Put a non-stick skillet on stove at medium high until it gets hot (2-3 minutes).
4. Spray skillet very quickly with canola oil spray (no more than 1 second). Or, put 1 tablespoon of broth into skillet. Skillet should sizzle.
5. Quickly form radish mixture into 2-inch patties and put into skillet to brown. Slightly flatten patties with a spatula, tucking in the stray pieces of onion and radish. Do not flip the patties until after 3-4 minutes of browning or they will fall apart. There should be a nice crust when you do flip them to the other side.
Serving Size: Makes 6 2" patties, 1 servings
