1/4 cup plus 1 T ground flax seed5 T protein powder6 T water1-2 T garlicSalt & pepper to tastePreheat oven to 400 degrees.Combine all ingredients. You can also add pretty much any other spices you want as the base is bland and open to pretty much any flavor you want.Roll out to about an 1/8 in. thick or thinner. Keep the edges a little thicker as they tend to burn faster. Cut before bling so you can easily break them apart when done. I cut mine into 26 small rectangles.Bake for about 15-20 minutes depending how crispy you like them.
