Christine's Spring Rolls

Ingredients
Egg Roll Wrappers), 10 wrappers(7" square) Broccoli, fresh, 1.5 cup, julienneCabbage, red, fresh, 1 cup, julienneCarrots, raw, .5 cup, julienneSesame Seeds, 3 tbspWater, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Weber's Mango Lime Seafood Seasoning, 1 servingCooking Spray
Directions
Julienne Broccoli, Red Cabbage, & Carrots. Spay cooking spray in skillet put julienne veggies in pan on medium heat. Add sesame seeds & Mango/Lime seasoning stir frequently. Add a little water at a time & cover for 3 min. As soon as the broccoli becomes tender leave lid off & let any excess moisture steam off & remove from heat. Take the wrappers one at a time & place a heaping tbsp of the mixture in the center fold one corner into the middle the 2 side in then roll it to the last corner. Dip you fingers in the remaining water on the end of the last corner to seal. set aside on a plate until all 10 are complete. Spray cooking spray in pan place each spring roll in & turn the heat on medium. With Tongs roll over to brown lightly on all sides.
