Yum seaweed salad

Ingredients
1 c. dried seaweed1 Tbsp sesame oil2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds2 Tbsp soy sauce2 tsp Splenda
Directions
Mix oil, seeds, soy sauce and splenda.

Place dried seaweed in a large bowl
Pour liquid over and let marinate until hydrated, about 10 minutes.

    I used 1 Tablespoon vinegar and only 1 Tablespoon of soy sauce to try to cut down on sodium. It was still good. I love seaweed salad! - 4/11/10
