Jenn's Apple Crisp

5-6 small apples, cored and sliced1/4 c brown sugar (about 2T Splenda brown sugar blend)1-2 T cinnamon, ground1.5-2 c of oatmeal, old fashion.2 tsp truvia1 c milk (1%)
1. Preheat the oven to 350R/180C. Slice up the apples and place in a bowl. Sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon over the apples. Coat the apples well with the sugar and cinnamon.
2. Mix the Oatmeal and Truvia together. Pour in the milk. Mix well, allowing the oatmeal to soak up the milk a bit.
3. place the apples in a baking dish evenly. Spread the oatmeal mixture over the apples evenly. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, until the oatmeal crust is a nice crisp light brown top. let cool then serve!
