Oriental Broccoli Slaw with Turkey

Ingredients
4 oz. diced cooked turkey (or chicken)6 oz. broccoli slaw (or regular coleslaw mix)1/2 cup chopped green onions1 tbsp sesame oil3 tbsp rice (or other white) vinegar2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce1/2 tsp ground ginger (or crushed ginger root)Chow mein noodles or peanuts (optional)
Directions
Mix together turkey, broccoli slaw and green onions.
In a separate bowl, mix oil, vinegar, soy sauce and ginger. Toss with slaw mixture until coated.
Separate into 2 portions.
Top with crispy chow mein noodles or peanuts if desired (add calories accordingly).
