1 Whole ripe Avacado4 medium hard boiled eggs2 tbsp Olive Oil mayo1 tbsp Curry 4 Whole Wheat Tortillas
Directions
Hard boil 4 medium eggs, peel and chop. Add the avacado, mayo, curry and salt and pepper to taste. Add some greens and tomato for extra flavor!
