Blueberry Banan Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
*Flour, white, 1 cupOats, Quaker, .50 cupBrown Sugar, .25 cup, unpackedBaking Powder, 2.5 tspCinnamon, ground, 1 tspMilk, 2%, .75 cupEgg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 3 tbsp or 1 eggVegetable Oil 1/3 cupBlueberries, fresh, .50 cupBanana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) sliced
Directions
Stir together first 4 ingredients. Make a well in the center. Stir together milk, egg and oil. Add all at once to dry ingriedents. Stir until moistened. Stir in blueberries and banana. Spoon into greased or paper-lined muffin pans. Sprinkle top with cinnamon/sugar mixture. Bake at 400 degree F for 20 minutes.
