Easy Cream Spinach

10oz fresh cut spinach2oz Neufachatel Cheese4tsp fresh chopped garlic1/3 cup of parmesan cheeseDash of Lemon Pepper
- Cut 5 ounces of fresh spinach
- Put cut up spinach in a pot
- Add fresh garlic and a few dashes of lemon pepper to spinach
- Add water to pot
- Bring water to a boil
- Boil spinach until cooked down (approx 7-10mins)
- Put boiled spinach in a colander to drain water
- Put spinach back in pot
- Add cream cheese until and stir until melted
- Once cream cheese has melted, sprinkle parmesan cheese on top, cover with lid so parmesan can melt.
- Serve once parmesan has melted
