Wendy's Peanut Butter Protein Pancakes

Directions
1 cup Oat flour1 t sugar2 t baking powder1 pinch of salt1 whole egg4 egg whites1/3 c unsweetened almond milk2 T natural peanut butter, no salt5 spays of butter spray per pancake1-2 t Cary's Sugar Free Syrup per pancake
Mix dry ingredients in a blender. Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Add wet to dry and mix until blended.
Cook on a pan heated and sprayed with Pam. Cook until bubbles pop on med low heat. Then, flip and cook for another minutes.
Serve with spray on butter and sugar free syrup.
