Beef Tips & Gravy

Ingredients
2 lbs. lean beef stew meat4 cups 99% fat free beef broth1 cup worcestershire sauce3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce6 tbsp corn starch1 onion diced2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Heat olive oil in skillet. Saute onions until transparent and add stew meat. Brown meat on all sides. Meanwhile in a 5 quart pan combine beef broth, worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. When beef is browned add to liquid and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. In a small bowl add 6 tbsp water and 6 tbsp of corn starch and stir until disolved. Add to beef mixture until thickened.
Serving size 1 cup beef tips & gravy.

You can serve over pasta, rice or mashed potatoes
