Yummy Yample bake

Ingredients
3 c. yams cubed2 granny smith apples, peeled cored and cubed1 large onion sliced thinly1 tbsp. agave syrup1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar1 tsp. black pepperdash sea salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Chop and cube yams and apples. Place in lightly oiled 9x9 glass baking dish. Slice onions. Mix all thoroughly. Drizzle vinegar and add salt and pepper. Mix again. Finally drizzle agave syrup over top. Bake for about 50 min or until yams, apples and onions are soft. Great with pork!
