Italian sausage, browned and crumbled, diced onions, diced mushrooms, minced garlic, basil, oregano, sliced black olives, a can of diced tomatoes, Jasmati ( or other long grain rice, water, EVOO.
Brown and crumble the Italian sausage. Dice the mushrooms, garlic and onions and add with oil to the browned sausage; let cook for 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and two cups of water, reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes - until rice is cooked.
