Ingredients
chicken thighs .skinned and boned0.5 cup of chopped onions0.5 can of tomatoes0.5 cup of cuocnut milk lightgarlic crushed0.5 cup of peppersenglish mustardtabasco few drops
Directions
skin and de-bone chicken thighs,cut into chunks,
add to pan with onions, tomatoes and coconut milk slowly simmer,
add other ingredents
let it boil for about 30 mins
add to blender and blend untill your liking
no other oil need to be added
